270 - 130 Grain Barnes TSX - Federal - 20 Rounds
This 270 Win round by Federal features a pure copper 130 grain TSX (Triple Shock X) projectile. Such a bullet offers far more than legality to Californian hunters -- that it contains no lead means it will barely leave behind a trace of itself in a rifle’s bore, and its toughness and lack of a jacket and core that are capable of separating means that its weight retention is virtually perfect during penetration. This bullet further features an exceptionally deep nose cavity, so it’s able to expand to far greater than its original diameter as it tunnels through game. It’s also accurate thanks to the sleekness of its design and its pressure relieving grooves. This round further offers Federal’s own brass casing, which they’ve crafted with admirable precision to bolster its projectile’s accuracy and ability to cycle through any type of rifle. Bushmaster Var24 ATACS
Features a fluted 24 inch chrome-moly steel extra-heavy varmint barrel (one inch diameter out to gas block) and eleven degree competition muzzle crown. Coated bore and chamber. One in nine inch twist free-floated with a vented aluminum fore-end. Two-stage competition trigger (3.5 pound takeup, 1 pound letoff). Ships with manual and 5 round magazine. Covered in A-TACS camouflage finish.
