260 Rem - 142 Grain HPBT MatchKing - Federal Gold Medal - 20 Rounds

The MatchKing. It is Sierra’s most sought-after bullet, which has been utilized to win more target shooting competitions than all other bullets – combined. When Federal optimizes a 260 Rem round for winning medals, is there any wonder why they choose the MatchKing? At 142 grains and loaded to a 2,750 fps muzzle velocity, this round’s MatchKing attains a ballistic coefficient of 0.611. How does it do this? With its paper-thin jacket, in part, which is drawn to a concentricity standard of +/-0.0003” – just about the most perfect concentricity you’ll observe in any bullet jacket. The MatchKing’s profile lets it cut through the air while registering barely any drag, and its long boat tail even further enhances its immunity to wind drift. The MatchKing’s carefully measured lead core ensures a weight variation of only +/-0.3 grains. It is also tailored to its jacket, sans voids that detract from stability. These rounds’ ballistically efficient and uniform HPBT bullets are brought to completion by Federal’s careful addition of precision drawn brass cases, specially formulated propellant charges, and Gold Medal match primers. It’s all you need to punish silhouettes or make people regret challenging you to a test of marksmanship!
