The 12 Gauge shotgun is your best friend when someone has failed to understand the significance of the lock on your front door. That makes them extremely hard, so they’re poised to resist deformation that could have harmed accuracy as well as penetrate soft tissue extra deeply. Second, this shell’s shot is buffered. In simpler terms, soft, granulated material in the shot column absorbs recoil energy so those nine pellets of double-aught can stay even rounder and pattern more tightly. This shell’s wad promotes a very consistent pattern, and it collapses at the base to help reduce felt recoil.
